CETCO considers its highest priorities to be safety, incident prevention, and environmental protection.
The physical safety of our personnel is of the utmost importance. It is our responsibility to ensure 
that we cause no harm to the environment, and to protect the well-being of our em­ployees and 
communities.
We believe our success depends on these convictions, and our regard for their importance will not 
waiver. To ensure that we remain aligned with our ideals, our corporate Quality, Environmental, Health, 
and Safety (QEHS) objectives are grounded in the following principles:
•	All environmental, health, and safety incidents are preventable.
•	Working safely and protecting the environment is everyone’s responsibility and a condition 
   of employment at CETCO.
•	All personnel have Stop Work Authority (SWA) and are obligated to recognize it, use it, 
   and respect it.
•	Performance must be measured and actively managed.
•	Management commitment and leadership are essential to achieving our ideals.
•	We will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations in addition to relevant industry
   standards and best practices.
•	We will achieve goals and objectives by continuously evaluating our Quality Management System 
   (QMS) in accordance with the applicable API, ISO, and OHSAS standards.
•	We will promote a company culture wherein safety and quality principles are valued and understood 
   throughout the organization, and reflected in our daily operations.
•	We will work diligently toward excellence through continuous improvement to meet and exceed our 
   customers’ requirements and expectations.
With full participation from all CETCO personnel, we will strive to fulfill our ideals in accordance with 
these principles and continue to be an industry leader in quality, environmental, health, and safety 
performance.
